There are many options to get a customized exercise program, however, in order to benefit from a customized program their needs to be a process in place that ensures you get to achieve your personal goals . What sets our propriety approach apart from the rest is that we rely on the insights that only progress tracking can provide us with. When we track your progress, we work with facts that show our coaches where you need to improve on.

Step 1 - Personalisation:

As individuals, we are different and therefore a customised approach is the difference in how well you will progress in achieving your goals. We have a customisable workout routine for each and every individual we serve. Each and every body works the same on a fundamental level, but when it comes to movements, strengths, lifestyles and goals, we are all unique. This requires us to find out what will work for your specific body best.

Step 2 - Nutrition:

80 percent of progress hinges on quality of nutrition. Your goals can be to lose weight, gain weight, build or maintain muscle mass or tone your body. These goals all require different types of focus on nutrition intake. This step is by far the most important part of your journey.

Step 3 - Monitor & Tracking progress:

This step is something that needs to be done on a weekly basis. We check in with you to monitor your progress to help celebrate goals regularly to keep you motivated as well as to confirm that you are making progress in your desired direction. It is also to help identify which areas require a little more attention.

Step 4 - Accountability coach:

This step is our responsibility towards you. We provide you with a professional coach to help keep you accountable for your progress. This coach will provide you with the support you need and will answer any questions you might have along the way. This coach will be your go-to person helping you to stay on track.

    5 star review  Highly recommend! Had a very prompt responses from Farouk, who listened and understood my specific needs and picked a specialized trainer that exceeded my expectations. We also put together a hybrid plan of in-person and online sessions, and worked out a fair deal that I believe gives me a great value for money. At every step everything was prompt, professional and punctual, and more importantly flexible and tailored to my needs.

    5 star review  From the first response, which was prompt to the service offering, fitrevolution exceeded all my expectations. My trainer, Nthabi listens to all my needs and the workouts are at the pace I enjoy while pushing me to meet my end goals. The diet plan has been the best part and Nthabi has been there to train, but also motivate me and keep me moving focused on what my goal is and making it achievable.

I came across FitEvolution and quite honestly it was the best thing to happen to me in a long time. The coach I was assigned is patient and inspiring. The sessions are a great mix that are easy to do and work your whole body. I feel so excited and proud when I finish a class and have a renewed sense of self worth and purpose.
